We provide a secure checkout for the encrypted delivery of sensitive customer information such as contact and credit card details. All goods come with a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, send us a message either via e-mail helen@minlerandpearce.co.uk or by completing are contact form within 3 days of receiving your order.

 

Once we have received your message, we will let you know where to return your item. Once we receive the item back, we will process your refund. (P&P costs are non-refundable). Our returns conditions are:

• Goods MUST be in their original condition & packaging.

• Goods MUST be received back within 14 days from the day you placed your order.

If an item is returned to us, because the customer either provided the wrong address or was not in to receive the item, we will require payment for re-sending. We will let the customer know via email what has happened and how much extra postage is owed and organise payment of the additional postage.

Antique & Vintage Selling Code

 

All our products are either antique over 100 years old, Vintage over 50 years old or retro over 20 years old. All have had a previous life and as such are likely to have wear such as marks, knocks and scuffs. This is part of their charm.

 

I do mention if items have specific damage and there are many images of each product, including close up of any specific damage. So please do look at all the images and read the descriptions and condition reports of each item. You can always contact me if you have any additional questions about an item. 

All rustic wooden pieces and baskets have been treated for woodworm before being sold. However, due to the nature of wood worm, we would recommend you treat annually any rustic pieces and baskets.
