This is a beautiful vintage folding brass book rest. The body is of an open work design, it has a fold down front flap which you rest your book on. The brass back stand can be positioned at different heights. The base has four brass screw in feet. Folds down when not in use.
In fairly good vintage condition for its age. Some tarnish to brass. Please see images.
