This is a lovely green vintage index file box. The box is made from wood and the lid is made from cardboard. Both are covered in a green patterned paper. Inside is one compartment with the side panel folding open. There is a metal spring action clip and a set of dividers. The makers label is on the spine.
In fairly good vintage condition, some wear and knocks as expected with age and use. Adds to its vintage charm. Please see images.
