Framed F. Bannister Oil Painting The Oak Tree

This is a lovely framed F. Bannister oil painting The Oak Tree. The painting is on board and shows a large oak tree in a field with hills in the distance. It is presented in a white wooden frame, with hanging hoops and string. There is a framers label. 
 
In fairly good vintage condition, small marks to the painting, some knocks to the frame. Please see images.
