A lovely antique brass hand paper clip. The hand has an ornate ruffle wrist band which you press to open the clip. The plate has an embossed design. The back plate has a hole in the top so it can be hung up.
It is in fairly good vintage condition, works well, some tarnish to the brass. This adds to it vintage charm and patina. Please see images.
